About Quran Reading Course

It is the duty of every Muslim to read the Holy Quran with Tajweed rules. Our online Quran Reading Course is designed for kids and adults of all ages and genders. It’s for those who have just finished the Noorani Qaida course but want to improve their reading skills. We’ll provide you with practice to boost your confidence and apply what you learned in Qaida. Our teacher will ensure that you finish the Quran reading course on time.

What you will Learn in this course?

  • Arabic Alphabet: The course often begins with the Arabic alphabet, teaching students to recognize and pronounce individual Arabic letters and their basic sounds.
  • Pronunciation (Tajweed): Tajweed is the correct pronunciation and articulation of Quranic Arabic. Students learn how to correctly pronounce Arabic letters and words using Tajweed rules.
  • Basic Vocabulary: Students may learn basic Arabic vocabulary and phrases to help with Quranic reading comprehension.
  •  Reading Fluency: The course focuses on improving reading fluency, helping students read Quranic text smoothly and without hesitation.
  • Quranic Script: Students learn to read the Quranic script, which is different from standard Arabic script. They become familiar with the unique script used in the Quran.
  • Short Surahs: Students start by reading short surahs (chapters) from the Quran, gradually progressing to longer ones.
  • Recitation Practice: Regular practice sessions are included to reinforce reading skills and improve pronunciation.
  • Understanding Quranic Words: While the primary focus is on reading, students may also gain a basic understanding of the meanings of common Quranic words and phrases.
  • Rules of Stopping and Continuing: Students learn when and how to pause (waqf) and continue (ibtida) during Quranic recitation.
  • Quranic Symbols: Students are introduced to Quranic symbols and signs used for pronunciation and reading guidance.
  • Progress Assessments: Periodic assessments may be conducted to gauge students’ reading progress and offer feedback for improvement.
